LAND DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS
The first investment project implementation stage involves obtaining a land development condition decision. This document is issued by an office related to the site of the future hall. The information this contains defines the intended use of the plot, the limits on the construction methods and any other information necessary to obtain the construction permit.
During this stage, we will draw up a budget that includes the investment project implementation costs, established on the basis of our experience, soil studies and information resulting from the land development condition decision. These costs will include not only the expenditure connected with construction works, but also all expenses related to designing, obtaining all required permits and organising the construction site.

COOPERATION WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES
Another stage of the cooperation process involves obtaining the construction permit. In order to implement this project stage, close cooperation between the client, our company and the local authorities is required. All design work and obtained guidelines constitute a basis for applying for the construction permit. Finally, a legally binding permit will be obtained, and further work may commence.
