WALL CONSTRUCTION

The wall is made with sandwich panels, made of 2 profiled steel sheets with a core of mineral wool, polyurethane foam or polystyrene.
Panels are mounted in horizontal position (to columns of main construction) or vertical position (to a secondary construction).
The wall panelling starts at level +0,35 m, from the concrete foundation beam till roof level.

WALL CONSTRUCTION

The wall is made of cold-formed steel girts to which profiled steel wall panels are attached. The steel girts are galvanised on both sides with a zinc layer with a total thickness of 275 g/m² (Z-275). The wall panels are zinc-coated on both sides. The front side is coated with a polyester layer in a RAL colour. The rear side is coated with a light grey primer.
The wall panels are attached using self-tapping screws. The underside of the panelling is finished with a sill profile.
The wall panelling starts at level +0,35 m, from the concrete foundation beam.

WALL INSULATION

The insulation consists of mineral wool insulation plates, with a total thickness of 200 mm and with a U coefficient ≤ 0,18 W/m²K. The plates are applied between wall panels.

LINER PANELLING

For the internal system walls, profiled steel panels are applied to the inside of the wall girts. The panels are zinc-coated on both sides. The visible side is coated with a polyester layer in a RAL colour. The rear side is coated with a light grey primer. The wall panelling starts at level +0,35 m, from the concrete foundation beam.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION

The roof is made of cold-formed, Z-shape steel purlins, to which profiled steel panels are attached. The steel purlins are galvanised on both sides with a zinc layer with a total thickness of 275 g/m² (Z-275).
The roof panels are galvanised on both sides, covered with a white polyester layer.

ROOF INSULATION

The roof panels are covered with a damp insulation layer of polyethylene (PE) film with a thickness of 0,2 mm.
Thermal insulation is polystyrene, PIR (polyisocyanurate) or mineral wool plates - the thermal transmittance coefficient U is chosen according the purpose of the building - up to U = 0,18 W/m²K.
The outer layer is made of 1,2 mm PVC membrane in a standard grey colour.

SKYLIGHTS

Skylights construction is made of aluminium profiles with filling of multi-chamber polycarbonate plates (thickness 10-25 mm) with U coefficient ≤ 1,3 W/m2. The skylights are installed on a 50-65 cm high base (made of 2 mm thick galvanised metal sheet), insulated with mineral wool.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION

The roof is made of cold-formed, Z-shape steel purlins, to which profiled steel panels are attached. The steel purlins are galvanised on both sides with a zinc layer with a total thickness of 275 g/m² (Z-275). The roof panels are coated with a zinc-aluminium alloy on both sides. They are attached using self-tapping screws furnished with neoprene washers to avoid leakage. A self-adhesive, non-drying sealing tape is applied in all the overlapping areas both lengthways and crossways.

ROOF INSULATION

The insulation consists of glass fiber insulation blankets with a thickness of 150 - 250 mm. On the inside, the insulation blankets have a damp insulation layer of polyethylene (PE) film with a thickness of 0,2 mm

LINER PANELLING

From the inside, profiled steel panels are applied to the roof purlins. The panels are zinc-coated on both sides. The visible side is coated with a polyester layer, usually in a white colour. The rear side is coated with a primer in a light grey colour.
