Lattice construction halls are a perfect solution to obtain an optimum pillar grid guaranteeing the maximum utilisation of a facility area. The selection of the lattice construction may also result from the purpose of a hall, so if a hall is to be used for cold storage, its ceiling must be flat, which is ensured by the lattice construction. However, the selection of a final solution also depends on the usability of the design and the final price.
Ocmer designs customised industrial halls fully adjusted to the investor's requirements and compliant with any regulations resulting from the technologies employed in production halls, goods storage methods and location of racks in storage and logistics halls.
As the result of an order placed by BSH Sp. z o.o. (white goods manufacturer), Ocmer developed the applicable full-discipline construction documentation and obtained the construction permit for a storage hall having a total area of 8,907 m2 located in Bukowiec near Łódź. The scope of works included general contracting for the entire facility.
Another project ordered by Hornet (one of the largest private printing houses in Poland) included developing the required full-discipline construction documentation and obtaining the construction permit. Also in this case, Ocmer, was responsible for general contracting for this facility. A printing facility building having a total area of 2,000 m2 was erected in Łódź.
