We have been operating on the Polish industrial construction market since 1994. From the beginning, our company is located in the center of Poland - in Lodz. Our first project was the hall for Glaverbel Wiglav (currently AGC Glass Europe). Initially, we only sold steel halls, then also floors and installations, and in 2000 we started realizing objects as a general contractor. The first object built in this formula was the hall for Imkodex.
We have already built over a million square meters, and we have several hundred industrial buildings on our account. Among our investors are DB Schenker, BSH, Orlen, Synthos, Vos Logistics, LG Electronics, VPK Packaging, Hoop Polska, Aflofarm, Polros, Medax, Aliplast and many others. Behind the company's success is reliability and individual approach to each client.
Ocmer belongs to the Dutch Janssen de Jong Group, along with Remco Ruimtebouw, Hercuton b.v., Hafkon International and ServicebouwPlus. All companies work under their own brands and can boast of a rich portfolio. Remco Ruimtebouw from its inception in 1972 in the Netherlands very quickly became an international leader in industrial construction thanks to the use of an optimized steel construction system. He has already completed over five thousand investments with sizes ranging from several to several dozen thousand square meters. Hercuton b.v. specializes in conceptual design, and during the implementation uses both precast reinforced concrete and wooden elements. Hafkon International has established itself as a leading supplier of roof and facade systems in the Netherlands. However, ServicebouwPlus offers comprehensive solutions for the maintenance, renovation and reconstruction of real estate.
Our cooperation within Janssen de Jong is a great opportunity to exchange experiences and constantly expanding knowledge and skills. It gives the opportunity to draw on the best models, especially in the case of complex and complex projects.
We specialize in steel and hybrid halls (reinforced concrete and steel). Among our extra-standard objects, it is worth mentioning a three-storey reinforced concrete hall and a 24 m high storage warehouse for Transfer Multisort Elektronik in Lodz, as well as a chemical storage warehouse with an explosion proof chamber for Brenntag Polska in Zgierz. The largest investment carried out so far by us was the Warszawski Rolno-Spożywczy Rynek Hurtowy in Bronisze with a total area of 70,000 square meters - seven halls built in the same period of time. The object with the largest area of over 22,000 square meters is the hall for Aliplast in Lublin. What's more, since 2010 we have delivered more than a dozen objects to the territory of Belarus.
