The comprehensive services offered by Ocmer include design and general contracting of steel hall structures for various purposes and uses, such as light high-storage halls. The lightness of the structures may be achieved thanks to implementing the REMCO technology, used in Poland only by Ocmer.
The uniqueness of this system results from employing a load-bearing structure based around a set of plain steel girder frames. They consist of columns and spandrel beams of rigidness compliant with the bending moments. The spatial rigidness of a storage hall is achieved by using X-type bracings made of bars located in the roof, longitudinal and end walls. The roof load-bearing structure is made of cold-formed Z-type sections to which trapezoidal metal panels are attached. In order to customise the structure to the investor's purposes, Ocmer may additionally provide a mezzanine structure allowing the use of the internal part of the hall as a two-storey office space.
An example of such a structure successfully constructed by Ocmer is the high-storage hall (height 24.5 m) constructed for TME Sp. z o.o. Transfer Multisort Elektronik, based in Łódź, currently the largest distributor of electronic components in Central and Eastern Europe. The scope of works performed by Ocmer included the steel structure design, as well as construction of the foundations, floor bedding and the flooring itself. Ocmer also ensured general supervision over performance of all works.

Another example of a storage hall constructed by Ocmer is the facility erected in Szczecin for Novoterm. Our company was responsible for the development of the steel structural design as required for the building permit design, and a detailed design of the steel hall structure. The scope of works included delivery and assembly of the entire structure.
