Ocmer offers services connected with the design, construction and assembly of steel and reinforced-concrete halls, and other comprehensive activities in the field of constructing industrial facilities of various purposes including vehicle service stations. Ocmer's activity is based on local production and its main clients include investors operating in the Polish and Belarusian markets.
The industrial facilities provided by Ocmer ensure variable and individually customised roof and wall structures. For roof structures having a PVC membrane, the roof framework is made of cold-formed steel sections on which trapezoidal metal panels are attached. The trapezoidal metal roofing panels are galvanised on both sides and covered with a polyester paint (RAL 9010) on the internal hall side. The vapour barrier on the panels is made of 0.2 mm PE film. The thermal insulation on the film is ensured by mineral wool mats – thickness 150 mm with the U = 0.28 W/m2K factor, or 200 mm with the U = 0.21 W/m2K factor. The external layer is provided by a 1.2 or 1.5 mm PVC membrane in standard colours.
One of the projects implemented for our client, HZ Transport, is a DAF vehicles service station, i.e. a service hall with social facilities. Ocmer was responsible for developing the applicable full-discipline construction documentation, obtaining the construction permit for the vehicle service station and all aspects connected with the final assembly of the facility. The whole process was concluded successfully and the facility was constructed in Częstochowa.
Another Ocmer client is PHU Adamek, a transport and freight forwarding company, which has a license for providing international commercial road transport services. The client employed Ocmer to develop a construction design for a vehicle service hall equipped with vehicle washing facilities. Our company was also responsible for delivery and assembly of the ordered steel hall structure, which was constructed in Żary.
