Wall supporting structure (framework) is made of cold-formed steel sections to which corrugated sheet panels are mounted. The steel sections are heat galvanized to a total zinc layer thickness of 275 g/m2 (Z-275).
The wall panels are zinc-coated on both sides. The front side is given a Polyester coating. The colour can be chosen from our standard colour range. The rear side is given a coating of primer in the light grey colour. The wall panels are attached using self tapping screws painted in a colour matching that of the panels. The underside of the panelling is finished with an anodised aluminium sill profile.
The wall construction will be installed from the +35 cm level, and based on a concrete parapet.
The insulation consists of 100 mm mineral wool plates with a U = 0.43 W/m2K coefficient (U = 0.28W/m2K for 200 mm plates). The mineral wool plates are fitted between the girts and the wall panels. To ensure an unbroken damp proof layer the seams are sealed using a specially folded and stapled seam.
Profiled steel panels are mounted to the inside of the wall girts for the external system walls, beginning at the level of +35 cm to the roof construction. The panels are zinc-coated on both sides. The visible side is Polyester coated in the white colour. The rear side is primer coated in the light grey colour.
