The roof supporting structure (framework) is made of cold-formed steel sections to which corrugated sheet panels are mounted. The steel sections are heat galvanized to a total zinc layer thickness of 275 g/m2 (Z-275).
The roof panels are zinc coated on both sides, covered with a polyester layer in a colour RAL 9010.
The roof panels are covered with a 0.2 mm damp insulation layer of PE on which a thermal insulation is laid consisting of 150 mm mineral wool plates with a U=0.28 W/m2K coefficient or U=0.21 W/m2K for 200 mm mineral wool plates, and finally an outer layer of 1.2 mm or 1.5 mm PVC membrane in one of the standard colours.
The ridge skylight is made of a three-layer polycarbonate plate of 10 mm thickness or five-layer polycarbonate plate of 16 mm thickness, transparent, embedded in an aluminium construction. Straight panel base is 50 cm high, made of galvanised steel plate, 2 cm thick, no insulation.
