The Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, in cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control, once again organized the “Construction of the Year” competition.
This competition, known also as the “Construction Oscars”, is one of the most prestigious reviews of the Polish construction industry. This year the competition took place for the 19th time and 61 constructions were entered into it by investors, developers and local authorities. The constructions awarded in nine categories (in residential, office, industrial, public utility, school and sports, revitalized as well as road and railroad building sectors) are distinguished by their modern technological solutions, high quality of workmanship, good organization of building processes, assurance of work safety and environmental protection.
The winners of the competition included the production and warehouse hall executed by Ocmer Sp. z o.o. for Aquila Radomsko; it won the 3rd grade award.
