The power of a team… Ocmer came third in the Construction of the Year 2008 competition for its production and warehouse hall for Aquila Radomsko. This is a very prestigious competition, but the award was neither the first nor the only one that the company has won. What does it feel like to be the winners of a ‘construction Oscar’? What conditions did the award-winning hall have to meet?
We usually take part in reputable competitions and polls. We choose to compete where criteria are relevant to our line of business, i.e. construction of industrial buildings and the implementation of investment projects. This is how we judged this competition, although we wondered for a long time whether we had grown enough to be able to compete with the strongest. We decided ‘yes’, and when we received the award it considerably boosted our confidence.
